Tatiana is a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC) in British Columbia, a Registered
Psychotherapist (RP) in Ontario, a Registered Therapeutic Counselor (RTC) in Nova Scotia, and a
Certified Canadian Counselor (CCC).
With extensive experience as a Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapist and
educator, Tatiana serves as an Expert Faculty member for the American Society of Ketamine Physicians and
Providers (ASKP3), where she provides education on Ketamine-Assisted Therapy. She holds a Certificate in
Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from the California Institute of Integral Studies and is
formally trained in MDMA-Assisted Therapy.
Tatiana has worked extensively with psilocybin abroad, and in
Canada, she offers both Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) and MDMA-AT with Health Canada Special Access
Approval. Her approach blends psychodynamic and somatic therapy with mindfulness practices, tailoring
her method to meet the individual needs of her clients as they prepare for and integrate their
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy experiences. With her clients, she leads with a gentle, non-directive
approach to therapy, complemented by a fierce and unwavering compassion. Additionally, Tatiana is a
group therapist facilitating integration groups for veterans who have completed Ontario's Dimensions
Retreats
Her clinical work focuses on healing trauma, PTSD, substance use, and related issues using
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and
Somatic Experiencing (SE). In addition to her Master’s degree in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy,
Tatiana is currently pursuing a Doctoral program in Counseling and Psychotherapy. Her research focuses
on developing guidelines for effective Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT), with particular attention to the
role of music in enhancing Ketamine-Assisted Therapy and the therapeutic experience.
